Yoga to alleviate stress offered by the SU

Free weekly yoga sessions are being offered to Newcastle University students in an effort to ease stress levels and move towards better student wellbeing.

The sessions are offered by the Student’s Union’s Watch Your Head programme that provides other stress busting workshops, the Yoga will run from the 8th February until the 22nd of March and will take place at the Socca To Me Studios in Ouseburn. All Yoga abilities are welcome to come – it is asked that students bring their Newcastle Smartcard and RSVP on the Facebook page on the day of the session.

Watch Your Head also has a running club that meet on a Monday and Wednesday, and a peer support group with students all very welcome to attend.
