Amazon Prime have attracted more rugby fans to the platform after exclusively streaming all Autumn Nations Cup games throughout November and December.

The tournament, which came around to replace the typical seasonal international ties which occur every year, will see 8 different teams facing over in another battle to see which team is truly the greatest.

Many will view it as a sort of ‘Six Nations Part 2’, given that all six nations are taking part with the addition of Georgia and Fiji. Also, as any rugby fan will know, it will most likely be those big teams; England, Ireland, Wales and France, competing for the trophy.

With the Six Nations only just ending, eyes will be on England this tournament to see if we can add a bit more silverware to our trophy cabinets. After securing a 40-0 win against Georgia last weekend, I think we’re in good stead to face off against Ireland next.

We also unfortunately had our first postponement of the tournament in our opening week, with France vs Fiji been called off after a number of Fijiean players tested positive for COVID-19. France were given a 28-0 win, including a bonus point, as they look to take on Scotland at Murrayfield (at time of writing).

Here are the results after our first official weekend of the Autumn Nations Cup.
