Open me

Open me,

Peer inside,

Pour your gaze across my milky skin.

Crack my spine, fold my edges,

In your hands I am unbound.

I wait for you - stiff.

I am immortalised motion, a frozen flow.

My story is written.

Bring me down from this ledge

And touch me with both hands,

Part me with a finger.

Breathe me in,

Read me.
