Newcastle's highest skyscraper has been being built for over 30 months, and has now become one of the most luxurious buildings in the city and a new landmark.
It's 83 meters high, with 27 stories and 360 degrees views of the city. The skyscraper encompasses 162 apartments, a café, laundrette and open-plan meeting space.
It also includes on-site concierge, maintenance and cleaning services. The last floor will be dedicated to 3SIXTY, a luxury champaign and cocktail lounge with sky views of the city.
Some rental units are already available on Rightmove, with prices ranging from £900 for a studio up to £3,640 for a three-bedroom penthouse.
The Hadrian's Tower is located just around the corner from the Newcastle Helix, on Rutherford Street. Although a two-bedroom apartment fcosts around £200,000 to buy, according to the developer, The High Street Group, more than 60% of the apartments are already sold.
