Its profound, honest, and relevant
Heartbreak’s vindications draw on our real, existing flaws and struggles. The show balances space for those moments of joy, reflective of our own silly memories of teenagehood. It’s ultimately profound, honest, and relevant; It’s sad to see the show finally come to its ending and yet, audiences couldn’t be more hyped.
The show is set to come to our screens in late March, two years after the show had announced its commencement of filming and production, and almost four years since its first season, fans are at the edge of their seats and more ready than ever to consume themselves back into the chaos of high school life. And trust me, things are about to get messy…
Goodbye high school. Hello adulthood!
The trailer immediately places us right in the action, time is running out. Goodbye high school, hello adulthood! With graduation looming over the students of Hartley High, a revenge prank gone wrong, fragile relationships and new flames that threaten to bring chaos to it all, the usual messiness of Heartbreak High blesses our screens once again.
Heartbreak High has always been one of my favourite guilty pleasures. It blends the best and worst moments of our lives, materialising them through those precious moments viewed on the television screen. I’ll be sad to see it go, but it is without a doubt that this season is about to get more chaotic than ever. Mark your calendars for the 25th of March and remember, stay deadly.
