I've always been a fan of Lotus Biscoff biscuits, although as a kid from the US they were just "those cookies they give you one of on the airplane that you will never find anywhere else." When my Girl Guide friends informed me that they actually exist at ground level, I was overjoyed. This led to a lot of 2am biscuit-crunching sessions in freshman year, and, more recently, the Snack of the Week: dipping Biscoffs in lemon-flavored tea.

Plus, it's relatively simple and only requires a couple of things that you can get at most stores. And, of course, it's the perfect snack for winter, when we are always looking for more biscuits and warm drinks!
