Take a breath and exhale - Inhaler’s new single has just dropped. Having teased a snippet of the song on their social media’s, fans were set for 29 October when they would finally be able to listen to ‘Your House’. But the band didn’t only give us a new song but also announced a date for the deliverance of their third album alongside revealing dates for a brand new worldwide tour.

Inhaler’s debut album ‘It Won’t Always Be Like This’ was released in 2021, with their second ‘Cuts and Bruises’ following in 2023. The Irish rock band blend together indie and rock whilst still maintaining undertones of pop, keeping their music feeling mainstream enough for the average listener, whilst still retaining the individuality that hardcore fans love. ‘Your House’ feels like a combination of their two existing albums, blending the angst of ‘It Won’t Always Be Like This’ and the emotion and joy of ‘Cuts and Bruises’.

The new single is going to be featured on their ‘Open Wide’ album that’s set to drop on 7 February 2025, with the release of this to coincide with their new tour. For any readers looking to see the band live we will be blessed with the band’s presence in the Toon, with them set to play Newcastle O2 City Hall on 19 February 2025, the last stop on their UK section of the tour.

‘Your House’ has a punchy entrance and a catchy chorus, with vocals delivered in true blended Inhaler style. The song isn’t just great to listen to, but the music video also creatively captures the essence of the lyrics, with lead singer Elijah Hewson being staged as trapped in a briefcase throughout the video.

If you haven’t listened to Inhaler, we highly recommend checking out this new single as well as their other songs. ‘Who’s Your Money On?’ and ‘Love Will Get You There’ being a great place to start on your journey to breathing in all that Inhaler is about. So where are we listening, ‘Your House’ or mine?
