If you’re new to Newcastle, you have probably heard by now that Newcastle is one of the best nights out in the country, and let’s be honest that is true, isn’t it? But you might not want to be in clubs that don’t fit your vibe, where no one is dancing or where the music is rubbish. So what is the best club? Well, that is the debate, so lets settle it now.

Fancy a trashy and poppy Wednesday? Sports social night bring the crowds. Soho Rooms gives you four floors of variety: chart hits on one level, R&B or hip-hop classics on another, and house and indie further up, so there is something for everyone! Tup Tup Palace shines when Wednesday rolls around with cheap drinks, good tunes, and a massive dance floor.

Feeling electric? Electronic and indie nights at The Cut are "no frills, just real energy", according to the website, go see for yourself! Want some good DJs and good tunes? For those wanting something a bit different, World HQ offers more underground and alternative nights — perfect if you’re into electronic, drum & bass, or want somewhere a little less mainstream

Fancy a more event based night? Cobalt Studios is a more events-based venue with DJ music. Moreover, the Grove is a fantastic music venue with great club nights and a rooftop cocktail bar!

So which is best? The votes are in! While World HQ takes majority of the votes. It is closely followed by The Cut, both more indie and alternative venues. However, it is important to note that Soho and Tup Tup did make the top 6 out of all the clubs in Newcastle. The best way to find your favourite place is to get out there, so hopefully this list has been helpful to you and happy clubbing!
